- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic.

Place the chicken wings in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the wings.

Refrigerate the wings for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
