How To Make Blackened Roast Salmon with Avocado & Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp blackened seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or oven to high heat.

Rub each salmon fillet with blackened seasoning, ensuring all sides are coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.

In a bowl, combine diced avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
