- 4lobsters,(about 1½ lbs each)
- ½lbunsalted butter
- 4½tsplemon juice
- ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped
- 1tspsalt
- 2tspfresh ground black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the lobsters, covered, for about 10 minutes after the water returns to a boil, until just done.

In a medium stainless-steel saucepan, melt the butter. Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Divide the butter among four small bowls.
