  • 4lobsters,(about 1½ lbs each)
  • ½lbunsalted butter
  • tsplemon juice
  • ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2tspfresh ground black pepper


  1. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the lobsters, covered, for about 10 minutes after the water returns to a boil, until just done.

  2. In a medium stainless-steel saucepan, melt the butter. Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide the butter among four small bowls.

  4. Serve the lobsters with the pepper butter for dipping, and enjoy!
