  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the shell apart, exposing the meat.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, making sure to coat it well.

  5. Place the lobster tails in the preheated air fryer, meat side up.

  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  7. Remove the lobster tails from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.

  8. Serve the lobster tails with the remaining lemon-garlic butter sauce, garnished with chopped parsley.
