How To Make Lobster Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 4 hot dog rolls
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or stovetop griddle.

Cook lobster tails until opaque and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the chopped lobster meat to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well.

Brush the insides of the hot dog rolls with melted butter.

Toast the rolls on the grill or griddle until golden brown.

Fill the toasted rolls with the lobster mixture.

Serve the lobster rolls with extra melted butter on the side, if desired.
