How To Make New Orleans BBQ Shrimp

  • 1lblarge shrimp,peeled, deveined
  • 1tspgarlic,minced
  • 2tspcajun seasoning
  • 5tbspbutter
  • 2tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  • fresh parsley,chopped
  • lemon wedges


  1. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on the shrimp, then toss to coat evenly.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve, then garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
