How To Make BBQ Country-Style Pork Ribs – Sous Vide Recipe

If you’re the outdoorsy type who simply loves grilled food and barbeque, then these grilled and BBQ recipes are for you! Cooking at the grill will be no challenge at all when you’ve got our grilled and BBQ recipes at hand.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs country-style pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the sous vide water bath to 145°F (63°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the country-style pork ribs, covering them evenly.

  4. Place the seasoned ribs in a vacuum-sealed or ziplock bag and seal tightly.

  5. Submerge the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 4 hours.

  6. After 4 hours, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully remove the ribs from the bag, reserving any juices.

  7. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  8. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and transfer to the grill.

  9. Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with more BBQ sauce, until they are nicely charred and heated through.

  10. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

  11. Serve the BBQ country-style pork ribs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
