How To Make BBQ Country-Style Pork Ribs – Sous Vide Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat the sous vide water bath to 145°F (63°C).

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the country-style pork ribs, covering them evenly.

Place the seasoned ribs in a vacuum-sealed or ziplock bag and seal tightly.

Submerge the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully remove the ribs from the bag, reserving any juices.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and transfer to the grill.

Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with more BBQ sauce, until they are nicely charred and heated through.

Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
