How To Make Tandoori Chicken
Sink your teeth into these tender Indian tandoori chicken for dinner tonight! It’s marinated in a seasoned sauce and baked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients
- 2lbchicken legs,no skin, 8 legs
- 2cupsGreek yogurt
- 1tspkosher salt
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tsponion powder
- 1tspground ginger
- 1tsppaprika
- 1tspturmeric
- 1tbspgaram masala
- 1tspcayenne pepper
- 1tspyellow food coloring
- 1tspred food coloring
- 1lemon,juiced
Instructions

Add the chicken, yogurt, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper, food colorings, and lemon to a large bowl. Mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably 24 hours.

Remove the majority of the marinade.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Transfer the chicken to a sheet pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Alternative, you can grill the chicken. To do so, heat the oiled grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.
