Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar together.

  4. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture.

  5. Sift flour and salt into mixture and fold until smooth.

  6. Divide batter among 4 ramekins.

  7. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 minute before transferring to a plate.

  9. Serve immediately.
