How To Make Richard Blais’s Liquid Center Chocolate Cake Recipe
Decadent chocolate cake with a surprise liquid center.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar together.

Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture.

Sift flour and salt into mixture and fold until smooth.

Divide batter among 4 ramekins.

Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for 1 minute before transferring to a plate.

Serve immediately.
