How To Make BBQ Tandoori-Style Chicken
This flavorful tandoori-style chicken is marinated in a spicy yogurt mixture and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to make the marinade.

Add chicken drumsticks and thighs to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

Grill the chicken for about 15-20 minutes per side, or until cooked through and charred in spots.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
