How To Make Tandoori Trout

Ingredients

  • 4 trout fillets
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to make a marinade.

  2. Coat the trout fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the marinated trout fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
