How To Make Tandoori Paneer Skewers with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 small green chili, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and salt.

Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread marinated paneer onto skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until well-charred.

Meanwhile, prepare the mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, cucumber, green chili, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.

Serve tandoori paneer skewers hot with mango salsa on the side.
