How To Make Tandoori Chicken

- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and red chili powder.

Make deep cuts on the chicken thighs and rub the marinade all over them, ensuring it gets into the cuts. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly oil a baking dish.

Place the marinated chicken thighs on the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and charred.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
