How To Make Easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  • 1 garlic clove (minced )
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (dried )
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Italian mixed herbs
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated )
  • 2 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, pounded to 1/4 inch thick)
  • Pasta sauce (as desired)
  • Mozzarella cheese (as desired)
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Mix the garlic with melted butter in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs together with the seasonings and the parmesan.

  4. Dip the chicken breasts first into the garlic butter and then into the crumb mixture.

  5. Place the coated chicken onto a baking dish. Top with a layer of sauce and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese.

  6. Pour the remaining garlic butter onto the chicken and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve.
