How To Make Cabbage Jambalaya
Simple yet nutritiously filling jambalaya recipe filled with cabbages

                      Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, cut up
- 1½ cups rice
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Put oil in a baking dish and layer half of the raw cabbage, raw rice, two ground meats mixed together, onions, and pepper.
- Pour ½ can of the tomato sauce over layers.
- Repeat with another layer of the same ingredients.
- Pour remaining sauce, salt and pepper, and 2 cups of water over layers.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve and enjoy!
