- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
