Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce halibut fillets
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 lemon slices
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange halibut fillets on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.

Add minced garlic over the fillets evenly.

Squeeze lemon juice over each fillet and season with salt and pepper.
