How To Make Baked Catfish Recipe
Crispy, juicy and flavorful catfish fillets baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.

Place the flour in a shallow dish, beat the eggs in another shallow dish, and place the cornmeal in a third shallow dish.

Coat each catfish fillet with flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the cornmeal mixture.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the catfish fillets in it.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and crispy.
