How To Make Nutmeg and Cinnamon Pancakes
A fluffy and aromatic pancake recipe made with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of melted butter
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the pan.

Cook until the surface is bubbly and the edges start to dry, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.

Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
