  • 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of swordfish steaks.

  4. Place the swordfish steaks onto the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.
