- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced pineapple, Thai basil leaves, grated ginger, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.

Serve the sorbet in bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
