How To Make Trifle Bowl Coronation Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pineapple chunks, and grapes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, and honey until well combined.
