Ingredients
- 200g pancetta, finely chopped
- 200g chorizo, finely chopped
- 100g pitted dates, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the pancetta, chorizo, dates, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve hot as an appetizer or as a main dish with your favorite dipping sauce.
