How To Make Spinach Salad with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions

Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach leaves. Place them in a large salad bowl.

In a small skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

Pour the sesame dressing over the spinach leaves and toss gently to coat.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and roasted peanuts over the salad.
