- 2 cans of butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups of kale, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and chopped chili, sauté until fragrant.

Add kale and cook until wilted.

Add butter beans, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the beans are heated through.
