  • 2 cans of butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add the butter beans to the skillet and spread them out in an even layer.

  4. Cook the beans, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and crisp up, about 10-12 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves over the beans and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the beans are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
