How To Make Slow Cooker Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onions, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the slow cooker.

Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve the chilli hot with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
