Ingredients

  • 1 package of store-bought pizza dough
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

  4. Spread the leeks and potatoes evenly over the dough.

  5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
