How To Make Hot Mocha Puddings

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease four oven-safe ramekins.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
