How To Make Vegan White Bean and Kale Pizza
This delicious pizza features a crispy crust topped with creamy white bean spread, sautéed kale, and flavorful roasted garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch of kale, stemmed and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a food processor, combine white beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Spread white bean mixture over pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté kale in olive oil until tender and wilted.

Add roasted garlic cloves to skillet and continue to cook until fragrant.

Spread kale mixture over white bean mixture and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and crispy.
