How To Make Stir-fried Curly Kale with Chilli & Garlic

A flavorful and healthy stir-fry dish made with curly kale, spicy chilli, and fragrant garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of curly kale, washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and chopped red chillies, sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the chopped curly kale to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until wilted.

  4. Sprinkle soy sauce, salt, and pepper over the kale and toss well to combine.

  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
