How To Make Low Carb Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 cups spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add spinach leaves and sauté until wilted.

  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Add shredded cheese, stirring frequently, until cheese is fully melted.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot.
