How To Make Gluten-Free Caramel Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- ¼ cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, sift together the gluten-free flour, almond flour, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Stir in milk and caramel sauce until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
