  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken and broccoli florets.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli and mix until combined.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
