How To Make Keto Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

Tender and juicy steak with a tangy and creamy blue cheese butter topping!

Ingredients

  • 4 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  4. Remove skillet from heat and place steaks in the oven to finish cooking to desired doneness.

  5. While steaks cook, mix together the butter, blue cheese, thyme, and garlic in a small bowl.

  6. Once steaks are done cooking, let them rest for a few minutes before adding the blue cheese butter on top.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
