How To Make Keto Steak with Blue Cheese Butter
Tender and juicy steak with a tangy and creamy blue cheese butter topping!

Ingredients
- 4 ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Remove skillet from heat and place steaks in the oven to finish cooking to desired doneness.

While steaks cook, mix together the butter, blue cheese, thyme, and garlic in a small bowl.

Once steaks are done cooking, let them rest for a few minutes before adding the blue cheese butter on top.
