How To Make Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole Recipe
A spicy and savory casserole with tender chicken pieces, covered in buffalo sauce and melted cheese, perfect for a low carb diet.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery and green onions until blended.

Layer half of the chicken mixture at the bottom of a casserole dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken layer.

Layer the remaining chicken mixture on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with extra celery and green onions.
