  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut avocados in half and remove pit.

  3. Scoop out a little flesh from each half to make room for the egg.

  4. Crack one egg into each avocado half.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
