Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (any firm white fish like cod or tilapia)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg with heavy cream.

  4. Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
