- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb flaked cooked fish (such as salmon or cod)
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Brush mushrooms with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet.
