How To Make Catfish and Collard Greens Recipe
A southern classic dish, this Catfish and Collard Greens recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb of collard greens, chopped
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions

Season the catfish fillets with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the seasoned catfish fillets to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the chopped collard greens, chicken broth, and salt to taste. Stir well.

Cover and cook the collard greens until they are wilted, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Arrange the cooked catfish fillets on top of the collard greens in the skillet.

Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
