How To Make Keto Fish and Asparagus Foil Packets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut 4 large sheets of foil and place them on a flat surface.

  3. Divide the asparagus among the foil sheets and place them in the center.

  4. Place a piece of cod on top of the asparagus, season with salt and pepper.

  5. Sprinkle garlic on top of the cod fillet.

  6. Place a sliced lemon on top of each cod fillet.

  7. Drizzle each foil packet with melted butter.

  8. Fold the sides of the foil over the fish, covering completely and seal the packets.

  9. Place the foil packets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.

  10. Carefully open the foil packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
