How To Make Keto Fish and Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as tilapia)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Rub fish fillets with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Top salad with baked fish fillets.

Squeeze lime juice over the salad.
