How To Make Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo Recipe
A creamy and delicious pasta dish made with gluten-free pasta and tender chicken.

Ingredients
- 8 oz gluten-free penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic and cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
