Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
