  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced smoked ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Add diced ham to the frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and top with shredded Gruyere cheese.

  5. Use a spatula to gently fold the omelette in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
