- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg

Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Coat an 8-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.
