Ingredients
- 1 large apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 8 inch cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, mix together applesauce, Greek yogurt, and coconut sugar.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Add diced apples and stir to combine.

Pour batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
