- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Arrange the Parma ham slices on 4 plates.

Scatter the sliced peaches on top of the Parma ham.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
