  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Arrange the Parma ham slices on 4 plates.

  2. Scatter the sliced peaches on top of the Parma ham.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the Parma ham and peaches.

  5. Garnish with a handful of arugula on each plate.

  6. Serve immediately.
