  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, chili flakes, lemon zest, and salt.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes, or until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
