Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of Parma ham, making sure they are fully covered.

  4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Place the wrapped chicken breasts into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the Parma ham is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

  6. Transfer the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and finish cooking in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
